Accessibility at HoopLab.

Last updated May 25, 2026

Our commitment

HoopLab is built so that everyone interested in basketball development can use it. We design and develop our website and product to be accessible to people with a wide range of abilities, disabilities, and assistive technologies.

The standard we target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the W3C. This is the same standard the U.S. Department of Justice points to for places of public accommodation under the ADA, and we treat it as our baseline rather than our ceiling.

If you encounter a barrier inside a third-party widget, please tell us anyway so we can advocate for a fix on your behalf.

Tell us if something is broken

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on HoopLab, please email accessibility@usehooplab.com. To help us fix it quickly, include:

We respond to accessibility reports within 5 business days. We treat them with the same urgency as security issues.
